Subscriptions and Licensing

Click 'Subscriptions' from the main menu Drop-down Title

Choose 'Renew My Subscription' ①

To simply renew the existing license count, choose the preferred term and click 'Renew Now'.

The interface will take you directly to the final purchase screen (skip to below) Drop-down Title

Enter the following credit card information ① ②, required for purchase:

• Name on card 
• Card Number
• Expiration Date (MM/YY)
• CVC code Billing
• Zip Code

Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' ③ underneath the cost breakdown by checking the checkbox.

Click on 'Pay Now' to finish the purchase. Drop-down Title

Click 'Subscriptions' from the main menuDrop-down Title

Choose 'Upgrade to Syxsense Secure' (for Syxsense Manage customers)

To upgrade the (entire) existing license count to Syxsense Secure, click 'Upgrade Now'. 

The interface will take you directly to the final purchase screen (skip to below).

EXAMPLE

In this example 'Increase License Count' was selected.

You may upgrade to Syxsense Secure (while increasing license count).

This option can either:

• Increase the license count at the higher license level;
• Upgrade ALL existing licenses to Syxsense Secure.

To simply add-on licenses at the current license level, leave product type ① to the default, and ensure the correct increase ② is supplied.

Click 'Next' to continue ③. Drop-down Title

Enter the following credit card information ① ②, required for purchase:

• Name on card 
• Card Number
• Expiration Date (MM/YY)
• CVC code
• Billing Zip Code

Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' ③ underneath the cost breakdown by checking the checkbox.

Click on 'Pay Now' to finish the purchaseDrop-down Title

After the expiration of a Trial Mode (14 days), you will be offered to purchase the appropriate license type.

Click 'Subscriptions' from the main menu Drop-down Title

Specify the details of your Subscription Plan

• Choose the type of license; ①
• Specify the number of licenses. ②

Click 'Next' to continue. ③Drop-down Title

Enter the following credit card information ① ②, required for purchase:

• Name on card 
• Card Number 
• Expiration Date (MM/YY)
• CVC code
• Billing Zip Code

Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' ③ underneath the cost breakdown by checking the checkbox.

Click on 'Pay Now' to finish the purchase. Drop-down Title

Click 'Subscriptions' from the main menu. Drop-down Title

Choose 'Increase License Count' ②

To increase the license count, enter the number of preferred licenses and click 'Modify Now'. 

The interface will take you to the next screen. Drop-down Title

Enter the following credit card information ① ②, required for purchase:

• Name on card 
• Card Number
• Expiration Date (MM/YY)
• CVC code
• Billing Zip Code

Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' ③ underneath the cost breakdown by checking the checkbox.
