Reset Password
Resetting a password is quick and simple!
There are two methods available for updating a user account password, depending on your access level:
Option 1: How to Reset Password

Prerequisites An account that has 'Admin' permissions |

Click 'User Accounts' from the Console Security menu > Highlight the account that requires the password resetting > Click 'Edit' |

Type in the new password in both text fields > Click 'Save' |

You will be required to enter the password for the account that you have logged in with > Click 'Save' |
Option 2: How to Reset Password

Prerequisites No special permissions required. Available to any user logged into the console. |

Click the Settings gear icon in the lower-right corner of the console > Select 'Change Password' |

Enter your current password, then input your new password and confirm it by typing it again > Click 'Save' |
