Important Information The device must be connected to the console to uninstall the agent. Multiple devices can be uninstalled at the same time, use the Shift key to multiple select. Device history can be archived or deleted. Archived device history does not consume a license. |
Guided walk-through: How to Uninstall Agent from a Device and Archive the Record

Archive: Default - leaves data in the database for historical reporting purposes. Completely Remove: removes both live and historical data from the database.Select one of the above-mentioned options. |

Click 'Prevent Device from reappearing in the console: Default - This device cannot be discovered again.(The 'Exclude device from future discovery' option is checked). A manual installation will still allow the agent to be reinstalled. |
