Important Information

The Ping option is only available for devices that are not connected to the Syxsense Console

Prerequisites 

A disconnected device

An account that has the 'Endpoint Management' permissions

Discovery: Ping / Port Scan a Device

 

Open the Overview screen of a device and click on 'Ping'
Enter a port number Click 'Port Scan'
Click 'Ping'
