The Office 365 feature is aimed to implement a single Office 365 configuration on all devices in the corporate system. It makes patch management easier since the same patches are suitable for the same product versions on different endpoints.

To create the required configuration, you must follow the link and select all the necessary settings, then export them, saving the configuration locally in an XML format.

There is no need to download setup files and send them to the cloud to distribute over your corporate network. After you import the content of the XML file into the system and create a task to install Office 365, all the Windows software will be downloaded from Windows servers and deployed with the settings specified in the XML file.
