Log Viewer
The log viewer in Absolute allows an administrator to review the logs generated by the Absolute agent.
This viewer is intended to provide support when reviewing issues associated with the Absolute agent, or issues with tasks ran on a device.
Logs are organized first by their Type, and then by their date. To open a log, simply select the log you wish to review from the sidebar. Once you have selected a log, you can sort the log by Level, to review any warnings or errors present in the file.
Important Information These logs are generated by the Absolute client and should only be reviewed with the assistance of the Absolute Helpdesk when troubleshooting an issue. |

Shows the status of initiating and closing remote control sessions. |
RemoteControl.Capture |
Shows the active status of a remote control session |

Logs the download of software and patches on an endpoint |
