Here is the list of the included functions:
Support Toolbar |
At the top of the Syxsense interface (once logged in), you'll see these icons, listed from left to right. Watch our Video for more details. |
Tech Support Portal | Access to the Syxsense HelpDesk portal. (requires pop-ups). |
Notifications and Alerts | No notifications or alerts. |
Notifications and Alerts (Active) | Notifications or alerts exist (with a number of notifications or alerts). |
Notifications and Alerts (in progress) | There is an active task in progress (with a scrolling bar on the bottom of the button). |
Live Chat | Chat is available during normal business hours (requires pop-ups). |
Online Help and Training | Access Syxsense's Online Help guide. |
Settings and Configurations | The Settings and Configuration section will allow you to make default configurations based on your environment and business culture. |
Product Feedback | If you have any product feedback, whether good or bad, please provide it to the product team. |
